During the last 22 years, David has served as Principal of David C. Tyler Realty, Inc., dba Tyler Real Estate Partners, an Atlanta based firm specializing in commercial office and medical leasing, senior housing sales, development, facility acquisitions, site analysis, property sales, equity placement and consulting. David is hands-on with clients to establish criteria for Land, Leasing or Consulting services. David specializes in identifying highly visible, strategic sites in desirable markets. Comprehensive services include reviewing multiple options, financial spreadsheets, availability reports, intricate contract and lease reviews, market area dynamics, competition, growth, zoning, physical characteristics, utilities & services. David addresses pre-development issues for appropriate constituency or governmental bodies as well to simplify the development process for his clients.
David holds an undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University, cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Georgia. His wife Ella and David have two sons, Chris and Cameron. David is involved in a wide range of committees through the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, club, church and youth sports. He enjoys playing guitar, golf, tennis, skiing and traveling with his family.
